 Position Details

Job Title – Marketing Manager (US)

Full Time, Permanent ,  40 per week

Academic Requirements – Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Outline of Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify clients in our targeted markets and provided leads to Consortiq Sales Team
  • Develop targeted marketing campaigns based off our client’s personas and communicate them appropriately via campaigns and strategies
  • Responsible to produce marketing materials, literature, articles, promotional material for companies in our targeted markets
  • Responsible for organizing and managing marketing events and exhibitions as required, including appropriate marketing materials and marketing plans
  • Prepare written copy for the website
  • Uploading marketing material to online libraries, internet groups and social media sites
  • Updating and maintaining the marketing department's documentation, databases and contacts
  • Writing press releases
  • Write reports and analysing data based off market research
  • Drive online traffic with web-related campaigns

An ideal candidate should have:

  • An understanding of Google suite, includes Slides, Document, Sheets
  • Experience in photo and video editing ideally using the adobe suite of products
  • Created Newsletters
  • Experience in Digital Photography
  • Experience using Social Media including Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram
  • Had experience in Google Analytics
  • Used Salesforce
  • Edited websites using a CMS
  • Been exposed to SEO and AdWords
  • Created Marketing campaigns

 Other Duties:

*Attend periodic meetings in the US office and UK office

 PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE:

  • Be able to stand on your feet for 5-8 hours
  • Be able to lift over 40 pounds

 Personal Qualities

The candidate should be ready for the challenges associated with joining a small, rapidly-growing company. The candidate should thrive in a close-knit team environment. We are looking for someone to take personal ownership of their responsibilities within the business and have an interest in enhancing the company’s bottom line, while facilitating the spread of its global footprint. Experience operating Small Unmanned Aerial Systems (sUAS) or drones is preferred but not required. Experience marketing in the Energy, Oil and Gas Industry, and/or Construction is preferred.
